Riverlands Wedding Barns Photographer

Hannah and Dan held their wedding at Riverlands Wedding Barns in July.

When planning their wedding, Hannah and Dan knew they wanted a relaxed outdoor wedding. They wanted somewhere their friends could enjoy good food and music. And most importantly, BOOZE! These guys definitely knew how to party!

East Yorkshire Barn

Riverlands Wedding Barn, formerly known as East Yorkshire Barns, holds a special place as one of my all-time favourite wedding venues to photograph.

I particularly love the original characteristics it offers. I am especially drawn to the unique textures on the outside of the barn; they truly set it apart from all the other barns I have seen! Kate and Ed, who own Riverlands, are just the loveliest people too! They have really created the perfect venue in my eyes.

relaxed wedding day

There were so many highlights of the Hannah and Dans wedding day. In particular, taking a ride out in Hannah and Dans cute vintage sports car for a drive on the country lanes! We managed to stop traffic and get some cute shots on the back seat before heading back for some hilarious speeches.

As a photographer, one of the selling points of Riverlands Wedding Barn is its picturesque surroundings. Especially the adjacent fields that provide an ideal backdrop for jumping in and capturing some photos of just the two of you.

Bright and colourful wedding

The ceremony barn was dressed in bright colourful flowers by the incredibly talented florist Zara from Floral and Lace. Zara also crafted the bouquets for the bridesmaids and created Hannah's stunning flower crown. I adore weddings filled with vibrant colours, and this one certainly didn't disappoint!
