Amy and Nick were married at the lovely Wrays Barn set in the grounds of Whinstone View. Wrays Barn is a rustic and relaxed wedding venue located in Middlesborough.

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony

I love shooting weddings at Wrays Barn because of its laid back and relaxed atmosphere. Especially as you can get married outside too. This totally throws any traditional or stuffy vibes out of the window for sure!

Roseberry Topping

Before the evening ended, we took a ride over to Roseberry Topping just as the sun had set. This was particularly lovely as Amy and Nick got to spend some quality time together after a whirlwind day. Those views were definitely a highlight for us too! That beaut soft evening light - oh hello there!!

I met Nick a few times at many past weddings I had previously photographed. Including the lovely Emily and Tom, Nicola and Yusef and throwing it way back to 2015... The Waddingtons! In fact The Waddingtons wedding was one of the first ever weddings I photographed. Therefore I feel like Ive know this group of amazing people for some time now. It has been so much fun being a part of all their special days.

There were many highlights of the day. In particular, an emotional first look from Amys dad in the morning which had us all a bit teary eyed! As well as a pretty hilarious speech from Sam (the best man) leaving us in stitches! Everyone should start their speech with the theme tune to the Lion King, otherwise you're not doing it right.
