Priory Cottages Wedding | Melanie + Stephen

Leeds Wedding Photographer

I first met Melanie at a Brides Up North wedding fair at Nostell Priory. At that point their wedding at Priory Cottages, seemed like forever away.

Melanie and Stephen were married at St Peters Church in Walton. Melanie arrived to their service in true style in her gorgeous Jenny Packham dress via a tuk tuk arranged by her sister. She had organised the transport as a surprise to Mel after her and Stephens most memorable trip to Thailand. Top sister points!

After their service, celebrations continued at The Priory Cottages in Wetherby. It was here guests were greeted by an acoustic singer and drinks on arrival, before heading in for food. After finishing their dinner, Mel and Stephen surprised everyone with a singing waiter. Certainly one of the highlights of the day was seeing Melanies mum jump out of her seat as soon as she realised what was happening (I mean the look on her face says it all!)

In addition to the singing waiter, one other highlight for me was all the doggy cuddles on hand throughout the day. It was really important to Melanie and Stephen that they got to share the day with their cute Dalmatian, Joey. Im sure this cute pup is super happy for his two favourite humans right now!

Thank you for asking me to document your day, congrats guys!
Thank you to Mark Newton for being a super second shooter.
